I did gymnastics for 7 years as...Really great post. I did gymnastics for 7 years as a teen but never got a good handstand. It's something that would come up in my head every once in a while. But I recently started doing yoga regularly again and handstands became something I really decided to shoot for. My teacher really helped me understand that I was over arching. And I completely got over the fear of falling. Can't do a backbend yet though! And my handstands last a few seconds, not a few breaths, but I'm working on it.<br />I really like your philosophical musings at the end.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
